If you want individual staff names, choose sublimation-ready mugs: we can print a different name on each mug (per-name surcharge). The ceramic body is generally fine for hot drinks; however, to protect the branding, we recommend handwashing only. Dishwasher heat/steam and detergents can degrade decoration over time. (Avoid microwaving metallic/special finishes.)
MOQs are listed in the calculator on each product page. Below-MOQ orders are possible, but the unit price increases due to setup and small-run supplier charges. Many mugs allow mixed colours—see the product page for rules.

For spot-colour printing, supply vector files (AI, EPS or print-ready PDF) and Pantone colours if you have them. For sublimation (including name personalisation), provide high-resolution artwork (e.g., 300 dpi at print size) and the names list as CSV/Excel. We’ll proof everything before production.
