The Madrid Two Tone is made for sublimation print, giving it a full colour design that wraps around the white outer, and it arrives in a natural gift box with an optional printed sleeve available at extra cost. Branding Options
Sublimation print produces the full colour wraparound branding this mug is made for. Sublimation ink is a dye printed onto transfer paper and then heat pressed onto the mug, where it embeds into the glazed surface with no ink build-up, so the finished result is vivid, permanent and part of the mug rather than sitting on top of it. It is ideal for full colour artwork, gradients and closely matched spot colours, with one setup charge regardless of the number of colours. White, metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and fine detail or small text may show minor colour bleed between adjacent elements. The print wraps around the white outer but does not extend onto the handle. The branding area is 220mm x 92mm.

The Madrid Two Tone is made from stoneware, a clay fired at a high temperature that leaves it dense, hard-wearing and less porous than standard earthenware. The gloss glaze gives a smooth white outer, while the inner and handle are finished in a single accent colour chosen from the range available. Its classic round shape holds 330ml and the coloured handle sits comfortably in the hand, and the stoneware gives the mug a solid, quality weight. Care and Longevity
Handwashing is recommended to protect both the print and the glaze. Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
