What is included free
- Typesetting, logo placement and layout for the chosen print area.
- Basic clean up of supplied logos, including converting text to outlines and scaling for print.

- Colour preparation for the chosen method, including spot colours and full colour transfers.
- Digital proofs and reasonable revisions until you approve the final proof.
Preferred file formats
Please supply vector artwork where possible:
If you provide a PDF, ensure it was created from the original vector file and that all fonts are converted to curves or paths to avoid font conflicts.
If you do not have vector artwork
Send us the best version you have and we will convert or redraw it for free as long as the source is suitable. High resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files work best. As a guide, aim for 300 dpi at the intended print size. If the source is too small or too complex to recreate at no charge, we will advise you first and seek approval before any paid work is undertaken.
We can also work from printed material, photographs or items such as hats and shirts if this is all that is available. Quality of the result will reflect the quality of the source.
Colour specifications
For spot colour printing, please provide Pantone references if you have them.
For full colour transfer methods such as SupaColour or Colourflex, supply high resolution files with any transparencies preserved.
Colour appearance can vary between screens, fabrics and print methods. We will match as closely as the process and substrate allow.
Turnaround
Artwork setup usually aligns with your production schedule. If your deadline is firm, tell us when you request a quote so we can plan proofs and approvals accordingly.
Unlimited changes policy
We will make as many alterations to proofs as needed to achieve the approved result for the confirmed order. If the brief changes materially after proofing begins, or if new concepts are requested that fall outside set up for the order, we will let you know in advance if additional time or costs apply.
Permissions and ownership
By supplying artwork you warrant that you own the rights or have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify Promovision Ltd for any loss arising from a breach of third party rights. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Proofing and approvals
You will receive a digital proof showing placement, size and colours. Check all details carefully, including spelling. Your written approval confirms the artwork is correct and authorises us to proceed. Further changes after approval may affect timelines and may incur costs.
How to supply files
You can email artwork, provide a download link or upload through our file portal. Include any brand guidelines and the exact size if you require an absolute measurement rather than a visual fit to print area.
