Description
The Arista Stackable Coffee Mug is a 375ml ceramic mug with a gloss glazed finish and a stackable design. Available in white only, it is made for sublimation print, which wraps full-colour artwork around the mug body. The mug is not dishwasher safe. Handwashing is recommended.
Sublimation supports individual name personalisation at extra cost, making it possible to print a logo on one side and an individual name on the opposite side. The mug is presented in an individual natural gift box.

Branding Options
Sublimation print uses sublimation ink printed onto transfer paper, which is then heat pressed onto the mug. Because the ink is a dye rather than a pigment, it embeds directly into the glazed surface with no ink build-up, producing a vivid, permanent result that is part of the mug rather than sitting on top of it. Sublimation is ideal for full-colour artwork, gradients and closely matched spot colours. One setup charge applies regardless of the number of colours. White, metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and fine detail or small text may experience minor colour bleed between adjacent design elements. The print covers the full body of the mug but does not extend to the handle. Branding area is 82mm x 234mm.
Ceramic and Glaze
The Arista is made from ceramic, a dense, fired clay material that is chemically inert, non-porous and food safe. Ceramic has good natural thermal mass, absorbing heat from the drink and slowing the rate at which it cools. The smooth gloss glaze gives the mug a clean, polished appearance and a bright, reflective surface. The stackable base allows multiple mugs to nest together securely, making the Arista practical for office kitchens, hospitality settings and anywhere storage space is at a premium.
Care and Longevity
Sublimation produces a more durable finish than pad print or screen print because the dye bonds into the glaze rather than sitting on the surface. Handwashing is still recommended to maintain the mug over time. Repeated dishwasher cycles and harsh detergents can gradually affect the surface glaze and dull the print. Washing by hand with warm water and mild detergent is the best way to preserve both the branding and the gloss finish long term.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
