Description
The Arabica Coffee Mug is a 330ml stoneware mug with a gloss glazed finish and a standard classic shape. Available in a range of colours with a white inner. The mug is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe. Handwashing is recommended.
Pad print and rotary screen print are both available on the mug. The mug is presented in an individual natural gift box, with an optional full-colour printed sleeve available at additional cost.

Branding Options
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the mug surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 50mm x 50mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the mug as it rotates. Well suited to bold logos and text across a large branding area. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 170mm x 70mm.
Stoneware and Glaze
The Arabica Coffee Mug is made from stoneware, a type of ceramic fired at higher temperatures than standard earthenware. The higher firing temperature produces a denser, harder and less porous material, giving stoneware mugs greater durability and a heavier feel than lighter ceramic alternatives. Stoneware also has excellent heat retention, keeping drinks at temperature for longer after pouring. The gloss glaze gives the Arabica a vivid finish across the colour range, with a white inner that provides a clean contrast against the coloured outer. The standard classic mug shape is one of the most widely recognised formats in promotional products, with a simple cylindrical form that has been used across hospitality and gifting for decades.
Care and Longevity
Handwashing is recommended to protect pad printed and screen printed branding. Repeated dishwasher cycles expose the print to high heat, harsh detergents and the force of the water jets, which can cause the ink to fade, crack or lift from the glaze surface over time. Washing by hand with warm water and mild detergent preserves the print and extends the appearance of the mug. Stoneware is more durable than lighter ceramics and resists chipping better under normal daily use.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
