Branding Options
Pad print transfers ink onto the mug using a silicone pad lifted from a laser etched plate. It handles the curved surface well and reproduces sharp logos and clean text with detail as fine as 0.4mm. On the white mug close PMS colour matches are achievable, while designs on the grey, navy or black mugs print best with a white under base. Several spot colours can be printed in tight register, each with its own setup charge. The branding area is 50mm x 45mm on one side of the mug.

The Fuel is made from porcelain, a refined, lightweight ceramic fired at a high temperature to a smooth, hard finish. The outer carries a matt glaze while the inner is finished in white glaze, and the round shape with its curved handle holds a full 330ml. Each mug pairs a solid coloured matt outer with a white glazed rim and inner, giving a clean line of contrast at the lip. Porcelain gives the mug a light feel in the hand while keeping a solid, quality weight, and the matt outer has a soft, non-reflective surface. Care and Longevity
Handwashing is recommended to protect both the print and the glaze. Washing by hand with warm water and a mild detergent keeps the branding sharp and the finish looking its best, and the matt outer keeps its depth of colour well when cleaned gently. Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
