Description
The Triton Black Lid is a 750ml drink bottle made from Tritan, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours. The coloured bottle has a matching flip spout, set into a solid black lid with a straw and a carry handle. It holds cold drinks and is not made for hot or fizzy ones.
Branding can go on by full colour rotary digital print, a one-colour rotary screen print, or a pad print for a smaller logo. The bottle is supplied loose packed, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Rotary screen print forces a single solid colour through a fine mesh screen onto the bottle as it spins, wrapping the ink around it. It works best for bold logos and clear text rather than gradients or photographs, over a 60mm x 210mm area in one colour.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to print full colour, gloss artwork onto the bottle as it turns, so it can carry detailed logos, gradients and photographs in one pass with one setup regardless of colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and because the print does not travel the whole way around, there is a small gap where it starts and ends. The print area is 80mm x 231mm.
Pad print transfers ink onto the bottle with a silicone pad lifted from an etched plate. It reproduces fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, with clean, well-defined lines, so it suits smaller or more detailed logos and text. Each colour has its own setup, and the print goes in a 45mm circle or a 50mm x 25mm area.
