Description
The Aqua is an extra-large 900ml drink bottle made from Tritan, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours, with a gloss clear finish and a stainless steel screw-on lid. The tall, clear surface gives a large, prominent area for branding. It holds cold drinks and is not suitable for carbonated ones.
Branding can go on by full colour rotary digital print or a one-colour rotary screen print across the bottle, a pad print on the bottle or the lid, or a laser engraving on the steel lid. It comes in an individual white gift box, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Rotary digital print lays full colour, gloss artwork onto the bottle with UV inkjet heads as it turns, for detailed logos, gradients and photographs in one pass with one setup regardless of colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and because the print does not travel the whole way around, there is a small gap where it starts and ends. The print area is 235mm x 200mm.
Rotary screen print carries a single solid colour onto the bottle through a fine mesh screen as it turns, best for bold logos and clear text rather than gradients or photographs, over a 200mm x 180mm area in one colour.
Pad print applies your logo with a silicone pad lifted from an etched plate. It holds fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, and clean lines, so it works for smaller or more detailed logos. Each colour has its own setup, and it can go on the bottle in a 45mm x 50mm area or on the lid in a 50mm circle.
Laser engraving is applied to the stainless steel lid rather than the plastic, etching your design permanently into the steel as a natural etch that will not fade or peel. The engraving area is 60mm on the lid.
