Description
The Mirage is a 700ml drink bottle made from a 50/50 mix of natural wheat straw fibre and BPA-free polypropylene, which swaps out half the plastic for a renewable crop byproduct and gives the bottle a textured, natural look. It has a classic shape with a stainless steel cap and base. Because it is made partly from a natural fibre, it may carry a slight odour at first that fades with use, and it is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
Your logo is applied by rotary screen print in a single colour, wrapped around the bottle. It comes loose packed, with an optional natural gift box or tube available at extra cost, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Rotary screen print applies your design by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen onto the bottle as it turns, laying down a solid, opaque colour. On the light, natural-toned surface close PMS colour matches are achievable. It prints one colour over a 190mm x 100mm area, and screen print suits bold logos, solid shapes and clear text rather than gradients, fine tonal blends or photographic images. The ink dries quickly, so branded stock ships without a long wait. Artwork should be supplied in vector format, with fonts converted to outlines.
Material and Design
The Mirage is made from a 50/50 blend of wheat straw fibre and BPA-free polypropylene. Wheat straw is the dry stalk left after the grain is harvested, an agricultural byproduct that would otherwise be discarded, and using it in place of half the plastic reduces the amount of virgin plastic in the bottle while adding rigidity. It gives a matte, lightly speckled natural finish, and because the fibre is a natural material the tone can vary a little from one bottle to the next. The bottle is finished with a stainless steel screw cap and a stainless steel base, and the lid has a silicone seal to hold water in, while the steel base helps protect the bottom of the bottle. At 700ml in a classic shape, it suits the office, the outdoors or everyday use.
Care and Use
Handwashing is recommended to protect the bottle and the print. A dishwasher's heat and water jets can wear at the branding and the natural material, so wash it by hand with warm water and a mild detergent and let it air dry with the lid off. Because it is made partly from a natural fibre, the material may hold a slight odour to begin with, which fades over time and with airing. The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
