Your logo is applied by pad print. The bottle is supplied loose packed, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Pad print transfers your design onto the bottle with a silicone pad lifted from an etched plate, and it handles the curved surface well. It holds fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, and text down to around 5pt, laying clean, well-defined lines that suit a logo or a line of type. On the white bottle close PMS colour matches are achievable, while on the black bottle a white under base helps the ink stand out. More than one colour can be printed, each with its own setup, though solid colours reproduce better than halftones or gradients. Artwork should be supplied in vector format, with fonts converted to outlines so nothing shifts in production. The print area is 35mm x 60mm on one side.
