Eclipse Bottle
Description
The Eclipse is a 700ml translucent drink bottle made from co-polyester, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours. It has a gloss finish, a screw-on lid with a silicone seal, and a moulded loop handle on the lid for easy carrying. It is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
Branding can be applied by full colour rotary digital print, a one-colour rotary screen print, or a pad print for a small logo. The bottle comes loose packed, with an optional natural gift box and printed sleeve available at extra cost, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Pad print presses ink onto the bottle from a silicone pad, holding fine detail down to about 0.4mm, so it suits a smaller or more detailed logo, with each colour needing its own setup. The print area is a 35mm circle.
Rotary screen print wraps a solid colour of ink around the bottle as it turns beneath a fine mesh screen, best for bold logos and clear lettering rather than gradients or photographs. It prints one colour over a 130mm x 110mm area.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to lay full colour, gloss artwork onto the bottle as it turns, handling detailed logos, gradients and photographs in one pass with a single setup regardless of colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and as the print does not fully wrap around, there is a small gap between its start and end. The print area is 155mm x 209mm.
Material and Design
The Eclipse is made from co-polyester, a BPA-free, odour-resistant plastic. Its gloss, translucent finish lets the water level show at a glance, and it does not hold onto flavours or smells, so it rinses clean and is ready for a different drink next time. The screw-on lid seals with a silicone ring and has a carry handle moulded into the top. At 700ml it carries a big drink for a workday, the gym or a day out, and it can be supplied loose or in an optional natural gift box.
Care and Use
Handwashing is recommended to protect the bottle and the print. A dishwasher's heat and water jets can distort the plastic and wear at the branding, so wash it by hand with warm water and a mild detergent and let it air dry with the lid off. The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks, as the pressure they build is too much for it.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
