Description
The Sydney is a 650ml water bottle made from BPA-free recycled PET, topped with a matte black screw-on lid. The lid has a built-in loop handle, so it can be carried or hooked over a finger without a separate clip, and being recycled it belongs to the Impact Aware collection. It holds cold drinks and is not made for hot or fizzy ones.
Branding goes on by rotary screen print, wrapped around the bottle in a single colour, or by pad print for a smaller logo, and it is supplied loose packed. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Rotary screen print wraps a solid colour of ink around the bottle as it turns beneath a fine mesh screen, which suits bold logos and clear text rather than gradients or photographs. It prints in one colour over a large area of 182mm x 160mm.
Pad print presses ink onto the bottle from a silicone pad, holding fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, so it suits a smaller or more detailed logo, in a 30mm x 40mm area with a separate setup for each colour.
Material and Design
The Sydney is made from RPET, a recycled PET plastic that puts material already in use back into circulation, which is why it sits in the Impact Aware collection. At a standard width it sits comfortably in the hand and fits a cup holder or a bottle pocket, the translucent colours let the water level show through, and the plastic can be recycled again later on. Used in place of throwaway bottles, one like this cuts down on single-use plastic over time. Its matte black screw-on lid has a loop handle moulded straight into it, so the bottle can be carried in hand, clipped over a finger or slung on a bag without a separate strap, and the handle also lets it hang from a hook or a backpack loop when space is tight.
