Description
The Nomad Translucent is a 750ml drink bottle made from Tritan, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours. It comes with a choice of three screw-on lid styles, a sipper lid, a carabiner lid or a flip valve lid, each with a carry handle. It holds cold drinks and is not suitable for carbonated ones.
Branding can go on by full colour rotary digital print, a one-colour rotary screen print, or a pad print for a smaller logo. The bottle comes loose packed, with an optional natural gift box and printed sleeve available at extra cost, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Pad print applies your logo with a silicone pad lifted from an etched plate. It holds fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, and clean lines, so it works for smaller or more detailed logos. Each colour has its own setup, in a 45mm circle or a 50mm x 25mm area.
Rotary screen print carries a single solid colour onto the bottle through a fine mesh screen as it turns, best for bold logos and clear text rather than gradients or photographs. It prints one colour over a 140mm x 170mm area.
Rotary digital print lays full colour, gloss artwork onto the bottle with UV inkjet heads as it turns, for detailed logos, gradients and photographs in one pass with one setup regardless of colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and because the print does not travel the whole way around, there is a small gap where it starts and ends. The print area is 215mm x 156mm.

The Nomad Translucent is made from Tritan, a BPA-free, odour-resistant plastic. Its gloss, translucent finish lets the water level show at a glance, and since it does not pick up flavours or smells, a rinse has it ready to refill. It comes with a choice of three screw-on lids, each with a carry handle: a sipper lid you pull up to drink, a carabiner lid with a clip to hook onto a bag, and a flip valve lid with a straw. At 750ml it holds a big drink, and it comes in a wide range of translucent colours.
Care and Use
Handwashing keeps the bottle and any print in good order. A dishwasher can distort the plastic and wear at the branding, so wash it by hand with warm water and a mild detergent and leave it to air dry with the lid open. If you choose the flip valve lid, slide the straw out and rinse it so nothing is left behind. The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
