Description
The Mountaineer is a 1 litre drink bottle made from Tritan, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours, with a gloss clear finish and a wide mouth. Its black screw-on lid has a loop for carrying or clipping onto a pack. It holds cold drinks and is not suitable for carbonated ones.
Your logo is applied by rotary screen print. It is supplied loose packed, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Rotary screen print applies your design by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen onto the bottle as it turns, laying down a solid, opaque colour. The print area is large, up to 250mm x 140mm, and because the bottle is clear, close PMS colour matches are achievable. More than one colour can be printed, each with its own screen and setup charge, but the colours cannot be held in tight registration, so it is best to send your artwork through for us to assess first. Screen print suits bold logos, solid shapes and clear text rather than gradients, fine tonal blends or photographic images. The ink dries quickly, so branded stock does not need a long wait before it ships. Artwork should be supplied in vector format, with any fonts converted to outlines so nothing shifts in production.

A dishwasher can distort the plastic and wear at the branding, so wash it by hand with warm water and a mild detergent and leave it to air dry with the lid off. The wide mouth makes it easy to reach inside and clean. The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
