Verona Vacuum Cup
Description
The Verona Vacuum Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a powder coated finish and a stainless steel rim. The push-on AS plastic lid has a sliding closure and silicone seal. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish and is the recommended branding option. Pad print is also available. The cup is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Branding area is 50mm x 45mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is a 40mm circle.
Vacuum Insulation and Powder Coat Finish
The Verona Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup, and the outer surface stays comfortable to hold regardless of what is inside. The powder coat finish is applied electrostatically and cured under heat, producing a durable matte surface more resistant to chipping and scratching than standard paint. At 300ml, the Verona is compact enough to sit comfortably in hand and well suited to a standard espresso-based coffee.
Stainless Steel
The outer wall is made from grade 201 stainless steel and the inner wall, in direct contact with drinks, uses grade 304 stainless steel. Grade 304 is a chromium-nickel alloy more widely specified for food and beverage contact applications due to its corrosion resistance and chemical stability. It is odour-resistant and will not retain or affect the flavour of drinks. The Verona Vacuum Cup features a stainless steel rim for contrast. Handwashing is recommended to protect the outer finish and any applied branding from dishwasher heat and detergents.
