Description
The Cordia Vacuum Cup - Powder Coated is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a classic curved design and a durable powder coated finish. It has a 201 stainless steel outer and 304 stainless steel inner, and a transparent push-on AS plastic lid with a sliding closure and silicone seal. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Four branding methods are available including rotary digital print for full-colour gloss artwork across the full width of the cup body. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish on coloured cups, and produces a natural etch on the silver cup. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the outer surface. On powder coated colours the laser removes the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. On the silver cup it produces a natural etch into the bare steel. It is the recommended branding method for its durability. Branding area is 52mm x 50mm x 58mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 220mm x 43mm on the cup body.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the cup surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the cup, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 266mm x 52mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 40mm.

The Cordia Vacuum Cup - Powder Coated has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup. The powder coat finish is applied electrostatically and cured under heat, producing a durable, matte surface more resistant to chipping and scratching than standard paint. The silver cup has no powder coating and retains the bare stainless steel surface.
