Description
The Cordia Ceramic Vacuum Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a classic curved design and powder coated finish. The ceramic-coated inner wall provides a clean, flavour-neutral taste and additional insulation, keeping drinks hot or cold for longer. The push-on AS plastic lid has a sliding closure and silicone seal. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Four branding methods are available including rotary digital print for large full-colour gloss artwork. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish and is the recommended option for durability. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in an individual natural gift box.

Branding Options
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 40mm.
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability. Branding area is 52mm x 50mm x 58mm.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the cup surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the cup, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 266mm x 52mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 220mm x 43mm on the cup body.
Ceramic Lining and Vacuum Insulation
The Cordia Ceramic Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. The inner wall also features a ceramic coating, which is a non-reactive surface that does not impart any metallic taste to drinks and is easier to keep clean than bare stainless steel. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup. The powder coat finish is applied electrostatically and cured under heat, producing a durable matte surface. Handwashing is recommended to protect the coating and any applied branding.
