Description
The Vixen Vacuum Coffee Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a tapered body, powder coated finish and a natural cork base. The push-on polypropylene lid has a sliding closure. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Three branding methods are available: rotary screen print for bold single-colour artwork across the full width, and laser engraving and pad print for a smaller area. Laser engraving is the recommended option for durability, removing the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish. The cup is presented in an individual natural gift box.

Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Well suited to bold logos and text across a large branding area. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 235mm x 74mm on the cup body.
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 50mm x 55mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 50mm x 55mm.

The Vixen Vacuum Coffee Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup, and the outer surface stays comfortable to hold regardless of what is inside. The outer wall uses grade 201 stainless steel and the inner wall uses grade 304, a higher-grade chromium-nickel alloy more widely specified for food and beverage contact. The natural cork base is harvested from the bark of the cork oak tree without felling the tree, and the bark regenerates naturally over time, making cork a genuinely renewable material. Cork is also naturally non-slip on hard surfaces. As a natural material, cork will have some variation in grain pattern and colour between individual cups, which is an inherent characteristic of the material rather than a defect.
