Vermont Cooler Seat
Description
The Vermont Cooler Seat combines an insulated cooler bag with a foldable seat frame. The removable cooler bag is made from PVC coated 600D polyester with PE foam insulation and a PEVA lining.
The painted steel frame supports up to 80kg maximum static load and folds down to 40mm deep when closed. A removable shoulder strap adds a carry option, while Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer are available for custom branding.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 170mm x 100mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 170mm x 100mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 170mm x 100mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The removable cooler bag measures 340mm high x 300mm wide x 240mm gusset, excluding the strap. It is made with a PVC coated 600D polyester outer, PEVA lining and PE foam insulation. The folding seat frame is made from painted steel with a PVC coated 600D polyester and PE foam seat, supporting up to 80kg maximum static load.
When open, the folding frame measures 530mm high x 365mm wide x 305mm deep. When closed, it folds down to 530mm high x 365mm wide x 40mm deep, making it easier to store between uses. The removable shoulder strap provides a practical carry option for the cooler bag.
