Description
The Glacier Cooler Trolley is a large 24L trolley cooler bag made from 600D polyester with decorative ripstop nylon trim. It has thick PE foam insulation, a water-resistant PEVA inner liner, zippered top closure, 270mm gusset, two-stage pull-up handle and robust dual wheels.
It also includes two large side pockets, a large zippered front pocket, woven carry handles with a Velcro cuff and elastic top lacing. Branding options include one-colour Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer across the supplier-confirmed decoration area.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 180mm x 120mm, available as a one-colour print. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler trolley and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 180mm x 120mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 180mm x 120mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 180mm x 120mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
