Iceland Cooler Basket
Description
The Iceland Cooler Basket is a large 16L cooler basket made from heather style poly-canvas with a strong aluminium frame that folds flat when not in use. It has PE foam insulation, a water-resistant PEVA inner liner, secure zippered top opening, 200mm gusset and a front slip pocket.
The soft rubber hand grips make the basket easy to carry, while the front slip pocket provides the decoration area for custom branding. Branding options include Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Embroidery, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer across the supplier-confirmed decoration areas.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 140mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler basket and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 140mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 100mm x 55mm. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 140mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 140mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
