Description
The Igloo Cooler Seat is a robust 11L cooler bag made from 600D polyester with aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation and a PE lining. It holds up to 24 cans and doubles as a seat that can support up to 90kg.
The removable base allows the cooler to fold flat when not in use, then assemble quickly when needed. Branding options include Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer on the cooler, with a maximum branding area of 80mm x 170mm.

It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Cooler branding area is 80mm x 170mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Cooler branding area is 80mm x 170mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
