Description
The Triton Elite Clear and Black is a 750ml drink bottle made from Tritan, a BPA-free plastic that resists odours. It comes in a clear or black translucent bottle with a coloured decorative band around the neck, a coloured flip spout and a black flip valve lid with a straw and a carry handle. It holds cold drinks and is not made for hot or fizzy ones.
Branding can go on by full colour rotary digital print, a one-colour rotary screen print, or a pad print for a smaller logo. The bottle is supplied loose packed, and handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Rotary screen print pushes a single solid colour through a fine mesh screen as the bottle rotates, carrying the ink around it. It works best for bold logos and clear text rather than gradients or photographs, over a 60mm x 210mm area in one colour.
Rotary digital print prints full colour, gloss artwork from UV inkjet heads as the bottle turns, covering detailed logos, gradients and photographs in one pass with one setup regardless of colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and because the print does not travel the whole way around, there is a small gap where it starts and ends. The print area is 80mm x 231mm.
Pad print applies your logo with a silicone pad lifted from an etched plate. It holds fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, and clean lines, so it works for smaller or more detailed logos. Each colour has its own setup, in a 45mm circle or a 50mm x 25mm area.

A dishwasher can distort the plastic and wear at the branding, so wash it by hand with warm water and a mild detergent and leave it to air dry with the lid open. Slide the straw out and rinse it so nothing is left behind. The bottle is for cold drinks only, not hot or carbonated ones.
