Lancer Pen ReGrind
Description
Retractable ballpoint pen with a barrel produced from a 60/40 blend of polypropylene and coffee grind. The barrel has a matte finish with a natural brown appearance derived from the coffee content. A gunmetal coloured metal clip provides a subtle contrast against the barrel. The pen is fitted with a standard ballpoint refill containing 1200 metres of black German manufactured Dokumental ink. It can be supplied loose packed or presented in an optional pen sleeve.

Branding Methods
Pad Print
Pad print is applied directly to the barrel on positions D and E with a maximum branding area of 60mm x 7mm. This method suits simple artwork with solid colours and defined edges. Print placement is limited to the nominated barrel positions. Pad print can also be applied to the cardboard pen sleeve with a branding area of 55mm x 20mm.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print is applied around the barrel at position A with a branding area of 65mm x 12mm. This method allows artwork to follow the cylindrical shape of the barrel. It suits repeat patterns and continuous designs. Artwork must be supplied in vector format.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing is applied to barrel positions D and E with a maximum branding area of 80mm x 7mm. This method supports full colour artwork, gradients and fine detail. Print placement is fixed to the nominated barrel positions. Artwork must be supplied at print-ready resolution.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is applied to the cardboard pen sleeve with a maximum branding area of 80mm x 25mm on natural sleeves only. This method supports full colour artwork and detailed designs. Printing is applied directly to the sleeve prior to packing. Sleeve artwork is supplied separately from pen artwork.
