Description
The Keepsake Linear is a 600ml drink bottle made from borosilicate glass, which is lightweight, strong and impact-resistant. A linear pattern runs the height of the bottle, and the lid is solid acacia wood that screws down onto the neck. Because wood is a natural material, the grain and colour vary from lid to lid, and it is this use of natural materials that places the bottle in the Impact Aware collection.
The glass takes imitation etch, which produces a frosted, etch-like finish, or pad print for finer detail and up to four spot colours. The Keepsake Linear is BPA-free, though not intended for hot or carbonated drinks, and arrives in a natural gift box with a Keepsake branded sleeve. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Imitation etch uses a special ink to produce an etch-like frosted finish on the glass, at a much lower cost than real etching, and it prints over curved surfaces. Halftones cannot be reproduced consistently, so artwork is best supplied as solid shapes and clear text in vector format with fonts converted to outlines. The branding area is 30mm x 50mm. The ink requires a curing period before the bottles can ship.
Pad print covers the same 30mm x 50mm area and holds finer detail, down to about 0.4mm and text down to around 5pt. It prints up to four spot colours, each mixed to your PMS and each carrying its own setup. A silicone pad presses the design onto the glass, flexing to the curve so the artwork does not distort. Artwork should be vector with fonts converted to outlines.
