The Collapsible Bottle is a 450ml water bottle made from lightweight, BPA-free PET, made mainly with young children in mind. It is light for small hands to carry and rolls up small when empty so it packs away in a kindy or preschool bag. An aluminium carabiner clips it straight onto a schoolbag, and it is not suitable for carbonated drinks.
The Collapsible Bottle is branded by pad print, which has a generous area on the flat face, and it is loose packed. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Pad print transfers ink onto the bottle using a silicone pad lifted from a laser etched plate. It handles the flat, wide face of the bottle well and reproduces fine detail, down to about 0.4mm, with clean, well-defined lines. On the clear and lighter bottles close PMS colour matches are achievable, while a design on the translucent black bottle prints best with a white under base. Several spot colours can be printed in tight register, each with its own setup charge. There are two branding areas to choose from, 50mm x 50mm or 65mm x 35mm, a generous space for a logo on one side.

The sipper lid screws on securely and closes between sips to help keep drinks from spilling in a bag. The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks, as the pressure they build up is too much for the soft, collapsible material to hold.
