Cordia Vacuum Cup
Description
The Cordia Vacuum Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a classic curved design. The vacuum between the stainless steel walls keeps drinks hot or cold for hours, with a 201 stainless steel outer and 304 stainless steel inner. The push-on AS plastic lid has a silicone seal. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Laser engraving is the recommended branding method, producing a natural etch on the silver cup and a shiny steel finish on coloured cups. Pad print is also available. The cup is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the stainless steel outer wall and is the recommended branding method for its durability. On coloured cups the laser removes the painted surface to reveal a shiny steel finish. On the silver stainless steel cup it produces a natural etch into the bare steel. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 52mm x 50mm x 60mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 40mm.

The Cordia Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Without air molecules to carry heat away from the inner wall, the rate of heat transfer drops dramatically compared to a standard double wall cup. This means hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer. The outer wall also stays close to ambient temperature, so the cup remains comfortable to hold regardless of what is inside.
Stainless Steel
The outer wall is made from grade 201 stainless steel, a chromium-manganese alloy suited to the structural and cosmetic role of the exterior. The inner wall, which is in direct contact with drinks, uses grade 304 stainless steel, a higher-grade chromium-nickel alloy that is more corrosion-resistant and widely specified for food and beverage contact applications. The 304 inner is odour-resistant, chemically stable and will not affect the flavour of drinks. Handwashing is recommended to protect the outer finish and any applied branding.
