Juno Vacuum Cup
Description
The Juno Vacuum Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a 201 stainless steel outer and 304 stainless steel inner. The screw-on polypropylene lid has a flip closure and silicone seal, and the lid and cup are colour-matched throughout. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Four branding methods are available including rotary digital print for large full-colour gloss artwork across the full width of the cup body. Laser engraving removes the painted surface to reveal a shiny steel finish and is recommended for durability. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in an individual natural gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the painted outer surface, removing the paint to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Branding area is 45mm x 50mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 202mm x 75mm on the cup body.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the cup surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos across a large area. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the cup, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 230mm x 75mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text on a smaller area. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 35mm x 40mm.
Vacuum Insulation and Stainless Steel
The Juno Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup, and the outer surface stays comfortable to hold regardless of what is inside. The outer wall uses grade 201 stainless steel and the inner wall uses grade 304, a higher-grade chromium-nickel alloy more widely specified for food and beverage contact. The 304 inner is odour-resistant and will not affect the flavour of drinks.
