Vento Double Wall Cup
Description
The Vento Double Wall Cup is a 300ml double wall coffee cup with a 201 stainless steel outer wall and a BPA-free polypropylene inner wall. The screw-on lid has a splashproof flip closure and silicone seal, and a soft non-marking base protects surfaces. The cup is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.
Laser engraving is the recommended branding method, producing a natural etch on the silver cup and a shiny steel finish on coloured cups. Rotary digital print and pad print are also available on the cup body. An optional natural gift box can be branded with digital packaging print, and a full-colour edge-to-edge printed sleeve is also available.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the stainless steel outer wall and is the recommended branding method for its durability. On coloured cups the laser removes the painted surface to reveal a shiny steel finish. On the silver stainless steel cup it produces a natural etch into the bare steel. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 45mm x 50mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text on a smaller area. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 45mm.
Rotary digital print uses UV inkjet heads to transfer full-colour gloss artwork directly onto the cup surface as it rotates. Suited to complex designs, gradients and detailed logos across a large area. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. As the print does not wrap completely around the cup, there is a small gap between the start and end of the print. Branding area is 245mm x 60mm.
Double Wall Construction
The Vento uses a double wall design with a 201 stainless steel outer wall and a polypropylene inner wall. The air gap between the two walls slows heat transfer, keeping hot drinks warmer and cold drinks cooler for longer while the outer surface stays comfortable to hold. Grade 201 is a chromium-manganese stainless steel alloy used widely in food-contact drinkware. At 300ml, the Vento is sized for a standard espresso-based coffee without the bulk of larger travel cups. The polypropylene inner wall is odour-resistant and will not affect the flavour of drinks. Handwashing is recommended to protect the outer finish and any applied branding.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
