Valetta Double Wall Cup
Description
The Valetta Double Wall Cup is a 350ml double wall coffee cup with a 201 stainless steel outer wall, a BPA-free polypropylene inner wall and a natural bamboo base. The translucent push-on AS plastic lid has a slider closure and silicone seal. The cup is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.
Laser engraving removes the painted surface to reveal a shiny steel finish and is the recommended branding option. Pad print is also available in two positions on the cup body. An optional natural gift box and full-colour edge-to-edge printed sleeve are also available.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the painted outer surface, removing the paint to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 60mm x 55mm x 50mm on the cup body.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface and is available in two positions: a 40mm circular area and a 35mm x 50mm rectangular area. Suited to sharp logos and clean text. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available.
Bamboo Base
The Valetta features a bamboo base for contrast and a touch of style. Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants on earth, reaching maturity in a fraction of the time required by most timber species, making it a genuinely renewable material. As a natural product, bamboo will have some variation in grain pattern and colour between individual cups, which is an inherent characteristic of the material rather than a defect, and means no two cups are exactly alike. The bamboo base should be protected from prolonged water exposure.
Double Wall Construction
The Valetta uses a double wall design with a 201 stainless steel outer wall and a polypropylene inner wall. The air gap between the two walls slows heat transfer, keeping hot drinks warmer for longer while keeping the outer surface comfortable to hold. The polypropylene inner wall is odour-resistant and will not affect the flavour of drinks. Handwashing is recommended to protect the painted outer surface, the bamboo base and any applied branding from dishwasher heat and detergents.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
