Velar Vacuum Bottle
Description
Velar is a compact 500ml stainless steel drink bottle with double wall vacuum insulation and a streamlined tapered design. Manufactured with a 201 stainless steel outer and 304 stainless steel inner, it features a secure screw on stainless steel lid with polypropylene inner and silicone seal. The bottle is available in gloss white or matte black painted finishes and keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours.
Velar is BPA free and suitable for hot liquids, however it is not suitable for carbonated beverages. Branding is available with pad print, rotary screen print or laser engraving, with laser engraving producing a shiny steel finish. The bottle is supplied in an individual black gift box. Handwashing is recommended to help preserve the finish and decorated branding.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the bottle from a laser etched printing plate. It is a practical option for smaller logos, text and simple designs on curved drinkware surfaces. The maximum branding area is 45mm x 45mm.
Rotary screen printing is suited to larger one-colour artwork around cylindrical bottles. The bottle rotates during printing, allowing more branding coverage than a small front print. This method works well for bold logos, simple graphics and strong text visibility. The maximum branding area is 180mm x 65mm.
Laser engraving permanently engraves the artwork into the bottle surface using a laser. This creates durable branding because the logo becomes part of the surface rather than sitting on top of it. Velar engraves to a shiny steel finish, with a maximum branding area of 45mm x 50mm.
