Moana is a stylish 630ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle with a secure screw on lid finished with natural cork. It is available in gloss white or matt black painted finishes and keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours.
Moana is BPA free and suitable for hot liquids, but not suitable for carbonated beverages. Branding options include pad print, rotary screen print, rotary digital print and laser engraving, with laser engraving producing a shiny steel finish. It is supplied in a black gift box or optional gift tube, and handwashing is recommended to help preserve the finish and decorated branding.

Ink is applied around the curved surface while the bottle rotates during printing, allowing greater branding coverage than standard pad printing. This method suits bold logos, text and simple graphics. The maximum branding area is 180mm x 150mm in one colour.
Rotary digital print allows full-colour artwork, gradients and detailed graphics to wrap around the curved bottle surface. This method is ideal for vibrant branding designs with multiple colours and fine detail. The maximum branding area is 190mm x 160mm.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the bottle surface using a laser. It offers a premium finish with excellent durability because the branding becomes part of the product surface rather than sitting on top. Different materials produce different engraving results, and the confirmed engraving finish for this bottle is shiny steel. The maximum branding area is 50mm x 90mm.
