Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the bottle surface using a laser. Halifax engraves to a shiny stainless steel finish with a maximum branding area of 45mm x 80mm.
Rotary digital print allows vibrant full colour wraparound branding with a maximum branding area of 213mm x 130mm. This method is suited to detailed artwork, gradients and multi-colour branding.
Pad printing is available for smaller logo applications on both the bottle and optional gift tube. Gift tube branding is available up to 50mm circular artwork on the tube or lid.
Insulation & Performance
The Halifax Vacuum Bottle features double wall vacuum insulation to help maintain beverage temperatures throughout the day. It is suitable for hot liquids but is not suitable for carbonated beverages.
Materials & Finish
The bottle features a 201 stainless steel outer wall with a 304 stainless steel inner wall for insulation performance and durability. The lid includes polypropylene components with a silicone seal, while the woven carry handle is manufactured from polyester.
