The Moleskine Classic Hard Cover Notebook - Large is a large approximately A5-size custom branded notebook with a hard polypropylene cover, rounded corners and rounded page edges. It includes 120 leaves, giving 240 lined ivory pages made from 70gsm acid-free paper, with unlined, grid and dotted layouts available in the black notebook.
It features an elastic closure band, matching bookmark ribbon, expandable back pocket, reusable paper band and customisable “In case of loss” flyleaf notice. The Moleskine logo remains on the product, an optional full-colour paper belly band is available, and branding options include inside cover pad print, screen print, debossing, foil printing and Prism Digital Print.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Inside cover branding is available, with the print area confirmed by the supplier template. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the product surface and suits sharp logos and text on smaller areas. Each colour has its own setup charge, and variable data is not available.
Screen Print: Front cover branding area is 100mm x 170mm, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cover. It suits simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork, but not gradients, photos or full-colour designs.
Debossing: Branding areas are front cover 100mm x 80mm and back cover 70mm x 70mm. Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the hard cover, creating a recessed impression. It works best with simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork.
Debossing XL: Front cover branding area is 100mm x 160mm, excluding Sapphire Blue. Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Debossing but gives a larger area for simple artwork needing a bigger cover impression.
Foil Printing: Front cover branding area is 70mm x 55mm. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value than ink branding. It suits simple logos, initials, icons and clean artwork.
Prism Digital Print: Branding areas are 70mm x 70mm or 100mm x 50mm. Prism Digital Print is a UV-DTF process printed in CMYK, white and varnish UV inks onto film, then applied to the notebook cover. It produces vivid full-colour gloss branding and suits detailed logos, colourful artwork and variable data. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and gradients fading to transparency are not suitable.
Optional Full-Colour Belly Band
An optional paper belly band is available for this notebook and wraps around the front and back cover. It gives you an extra branding area for campaign artwork, event messaging, sponsor logos, recipient details or a gift-style presentation while keeping the notebook cover branding simple.
Belly Band Digital Print
The belly band is printed in full colour using Digital Print, a CMYK print method used for paper media. It is ideal for complex images, illustrations, gradients and colourful brand artwork, with only one setup charge required regardless of the number of print colours. Individual names can also be added to the belly band at an additional charge, making it useful for personalised notebooks, event packs or client gifts.
Belly Band Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in vector or bitmap format. Bitmap artwork should be over 300DPI at actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added when the artwork runs off the edge of the belly band. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours are not available, and dark stock should be avoided because white ink cannot be printed underneath the artwork.
