Pad Print: Inside cover branding areas are 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the product surface and suits sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour has its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available.
Screen Print: Branding areas are front cover 180mm x 100mm and back cover 85mm x 160mm, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the soft cover. It suits simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork, but not gradients, photos or full-colour designs.
Debossing: Branding areas are front cover 100mm x 80mm and back cover 70mm x 70mm. Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the soft PU cover, creating a permanent recessed impression that becomes part of the cover surface. It works best with simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork. Fine detail, gradients and variable data are not suitable.
Debossing XL: Front cover branding area is 100mm x 160mm. Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Debossing but gives a larger area for artwork needing a bigger cover impression. The finish can be subtle, so bold shapes, clear text and simple artwork are recommended.
Foil Printing: Front cover branding area is 70mm x 55mm. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value than standard ink branding. It suits simple logos, initials, icons and clean artwork. Very fine lines and small text should be avoided, especially on the soft PU cover.
