Description
The Mirage is a 600ml borosilicate glass drink bottle with a screw-on stainless steel lid and a silicone carry handle that loops from the neck. Borosilicate is lightweight, strong and shatter-resistant, and glass holds no flavour of its own, which makes it a clean and reusable alternative to plastic. The handle comes in a range of colours, so it can be matched to a brand colour.
Rotary screen print covers a 175mm x 130mm area in one colour. Pad print covers 40mm x 60mm, holds finer detail and prints up to four spot colours. The Mirage is BPA-free, though not intended for hot or carbonated drinks, and comes presented in a white gift box. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Rotary screen print lays a single solid colour onto the glass as the bottle turns beneath a fine mesh screen, over a 175mm x 130mm area in one colour. The ink is opaque, so the logo looks the same whether the bottle is full or empty. It suits bold shapes and clear type rather than gradients or photographs. The ink dries quickly, so there is no curing delay before the bottles ship. Artwork should be supplied in vector format with fonts converted to outlines.
Pad print covers a smaller area at 40mm x 60mm and holds finer detail, down to about 0.4mm and text down to around 5pt. It prints up to four spot colours, each mixed to your PMS and each carrying its own setup. A silicone pad picks up the design and presses it onto the glass, flexing to the curve so the artwork lands without distorting. Artwork should be vector with fonts converted to outlines.

The lid is 201 stainless steel with a polypropylene inner and screws down onto the neck. The Mirage is presented in a white gift box.
Care and Use
Handwash with warm water and a mild detergent and let the bottle air dry. Keep it out of the dishwasher, where the heat, detergents and water jets wear at printed branding over time. Do not leave the bottle soaking. It is not intended for hot or carbonated drinks.
