Description
The Arctic Cooler Bag is a large 18L cooler bag made from lightweight 210D polyester with aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation. It has a zippered top closure, PE lining, 200mm gusset and reinforced woven handles with a 630mm handle length.
The large front slip pocket provides extra storage and a strong branding area for custom logos. Branding options include Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer and Faux Embroidery, with each method available across a maximum branding area of 160mm x 180mm.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer or Faux Embroidery is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
