Description
The Sierra Shopping Cooler is a classic 19L supermarket-style cooler bag made from 80gsm non-woven polypropylene. It has aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation, a zippered top closure, reinforced handles and a large front slip pocket.
The front slip pocket provides the main decoration area for custom branding, with Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer available. Supplied loose packed, it is available in a range of colours.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 100mm on the front pocket, available as a one-colour print. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 100mm on the front pocket. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 100mm on the front pocket. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 100mm x 100mm on the front pocket. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
