Description
The Orca Cooler Bag is an affordable large 15L cooler bag made from 80gsm non-woven PET. It has aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation, a zippered closure, 142mm gusset, front slip pocket and longer 660mm handles for shoulder carrying.
The front pocket provides the decoration area for custom branding, with Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer available. Supplied loose packed, it is available in a range of colours.

Branding Options
Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 120mm, available as a one-colour print. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 120mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 120mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 120mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

The Orca Cooler Bag is made from 80gsm non-woven PET with an internal lining of aluminium foil laminated PE foam insulation. It measures 340mm high x 440mm wide x 142mm gusset, excluding handles. The longer 660mm handles allow shoulder carrying, while the zippered closure and front slip pocket support its simple tote-style cooler design.
