Zeus Vacuum Cup
Description
The Zeus Vacuum Cup is a 400ml double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel cup with a powder coated finish, stainless steel rim and a colour-matched handle. The push-on AS plastic lid has a sliding closure and silicone seal, and a soft non-marking base protects surfaces. The cup is BPA-free and not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Three branding methods are available. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish and is the recommended option for durability. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in an individual black gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce on curved surfaces. Branding area is 50mm x 50mm.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text on a smaller area. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 40mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Well suited to bold logos and text across the full width of the branding area. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 170mm x 60mm on the cup body.
Vacuum Insulation and Stainless Steel
The Zeus Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Hot drinks stay hot and cold drinks stay cold for significantly longer than a standard double wall cup, and the outer surface stays comfortable to hold regardless of what is inside. The handle gives the Zeus a traditional mug-like aesthetic, suited to unhurried drinking at a desk. The outer wall uses grade 201 stainless steel and the inner wall uses grade 304, a higher-grade chromium-nickel alloy more widely specified for food and beverage contact applications due to its corrosion resistance and chemical stability. The 304 inner is odour-resistant and will not affect the flavour of drinks. The soft non-marking base protects tabletops. Handwashing is recommended to protect the outer finish and any applied branding.
