Description
The Frontier Roam Vacuum Cup is a 300ml double wall vacuum insulated cup made from recycled stainless steel, with a matte powder coated finish and a push-on bamboo lid with silicone seal. The vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. The cup is part of the Impact Aware collection, is BPA-free and is not dishwasher safe; handwashing is recommended.
Three branding methods are available. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal a shiny steel finish and is the recommended option for durability. Rotary screen print and pad print are also available. The cup is presented in a Frontier branded natural kraft gift box.

Branding Options
Laser engraving uses a laser to etch artwork permanently into the powder coated outer surface, removing the coating to reveal a shiny steel finish. It is the recommended branding method for its durability over print options. Branding area is 50mm x 50mm.
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the cup body as it rotates. Well suited to bold logos and text across the full width of the branding area. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 234mm x 60mm on the cup body.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the cup surface. Suited to sharp logos and clean text on a smaller area. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available. Branding area is 40mm x 40mm.
Recycled Stainless Steel and Vacuum Insulation
The Frontier Roam Vacuum Cup has double stainless steel walls with vacuum insulation between them. Both the outer and inner walls are made from recycled stainless steel, diverting post-consumer metal from waste streams and reducing the demand for virgin raw materials. The outer wall uses recycled grade 201 stainless steel and the inner wall uses recycled grade 304, a higher-grade chromium-nickel alloy specified for food and beverage contact. The vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, making it well suited to outdoor use as well as everyday carry. The bamboo lid is a natural, renewable material and as with all bamboo products, some variation in grain pattern and colour between individual lids is an inherent characteristic of the material rather than a defect. Handwashing is recommended to protect the cup and bamboo lid.
