Description
The Venus Natural Sleeve is a 600ml borosilicate glass bottle set into an insulating poly jute sleeve that helps keep drinks cool. The sleeve is neoprene with a textured outer woven to look like natural jute, and the stainless steel lid screws down securely and takes a laser engraved logo. Borosilicate is lightweight, strong and shatter-resistant, and glass holds no flavour of its own, which makes it a clean and reusable alternative to plastic.
The sleeve is the branding surface here and takes a full colour transfer, so photographs and detailed artwork reproduce without a setup charge for each colour. The Venus is BPA-free, though not intended for hot or carbonated drinks, and comes presented in a white gift box with a gift tube available as an option. Handwashing is recommended to preserve branding.

Branding Options
Colourflex transfer has a soft matt finish. It prints in CMYK plus a white under base, so full colour images, photographs and complex artwork come out bright and stand out against the coloured sleeve. One setup covers however many colours you use, so a full colour design costs no more to set up than one colour. The water based inks stay flexible and machine washable. Detail is best kept to 1mm or larger, and a thin clear line of glue can sometimes show at the edge of the image. The print area is 100mm x 70mm.
DigiFlex transfer reaches the same sleeve by a direct to film process and prices better on shorter runs. Its other advantage is variable data, so each bottle can carry a different name or number across the order without extra setup, which suits staff gifts, team kit or event giveaways. Detail holds to around 1mm, over a 100mm x 70mm area. Artwork for either transfer can be supplied as vector or bitmap, with bitmaps above 300dpi at actual print size and fonts converted to outlines. Both transfers can ship as soon as they are printed.
Laser engraving marks the stainless steel lid in a 35mm circle, leaving a permanent shiny steel finish that will not fade or peel.
