It is a cost-effective option for simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork, especially when the design does not need gradients or fine detail. Each print colour requires its own setup and print pass, and for this supplier range we should treat Screen Printing as the single-colour option unless stated otherwise. For full-colour logos, gradients or detailed artwork, Digital Transfer is the better option.
Digital Transfer: Front, 130mm x 130mm. Digital Transfer is a CMYK+W transfer process for full-colour fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork, gradients and approximate spot colour branding, producing a vibrant matt finish on the front panel. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, making it a useful option for colourful artwork or shorter runs. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
