Description
The Zero Cooler Tote is a large 26L cooler tote made from robust 600D polyester. It features PE foam insulation, a water-resistant PEVA inner liner and a secure zippered top opening.
The front includes one large slip pocket and two mesh pockets for extra storage. Extra wide woven handles allow the bag to be carried by hand or over the shoulder, while branding options include screen print, Colourflex Transfer, embroidery, Faux Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer.

Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler tote. It is suitable for simple logos, text and bold artwork, with a 130mm x 130mm branding area available. As this is a black product, PMS colour matches may be approximate and a white base may be required.
Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. The maximum branding area is 130mm x 130mm.
Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the tote bag, creating a slightly raised finish with higher perceived branding value than many print methods. It is best suited to simple logos, text and bold designs rather than fine detail. One setup charge applies per position for up to 12 thread colours, with approximate PMS colour matching only. The maximum embroidery area is 80mm x 40mm.
Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics traditional embroidery. It is suitable for tote bags and works best with bold, larger artwork rather than fine detail. Pantone colour matching is not available, and stitch clarity reduces as the design gets smaller. The maximum branding area is 130mm x 130mm.
DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process used for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour artwork, names, numbering and other variable data. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. The maximum branding area is 130mm x 130mm.
