Screen Print: Front & Top, 210mm x 110mm, one colour. Ends, 170mm x 100mm, one colour. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the duffle bag panel. It is suitable for simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For full-colour logos, gradients or fine detail, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer are better options.
Colourflex Transfer: Front & Top, 210mm x 110mm. Ends, 170mm x 100mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for full-colour bag branding. It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
Faux Embroidery: Front & Top, 210mm x 110mm. Ends, 170mm x 100mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold artwork where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.
Embroidery: Branding area, 100mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, individual names are not available with embroidery, metallic thread colours may have special pricing, and fine detail should be avoided.
DigiFlex Transfer: Front & Top, 210mm x 110mm. Ends, 170mm x 100mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.
