The Canvas Duffle Bag is a modern 33L custom branded duffle bag made from 450gsm heavy cotton canvas. It has a roll-style design, external side pocket, webbing carry handles and a removable padded woven shoulder strap.
The side and end branding areas allow this promotional duffle bag to be decorated with Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer, while embroidery is also available in a smaller branding area. It is available in a range of colours and supplied loose packed.

Colourflex Transfer: Side, 150mm x 110mm. Ends, 100mm x 80mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for full-colour bag branding. It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
Embroidery: Branding area, 90mm x 60mm. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the cotton canvas, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, individual names are not available with embroidery, and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Side, 150mm x 110mm. Ends, 100mm x 80mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold artwork where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.
DigiFlex Transfer: Side, 150mm x 110mm. Ends, 100mm x 80mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.

The bag measures Dia 285mm x L 570mm, excluding handles and shoulder strap, and has a 33L capacity. It is made from 450gsm heavy cotton canvas with a roll duffle shape and an external side pocket.
The webbing carry handles measure 450mm, and the removable padded woven shoulder strap extends to 985mm. Canvas Duffle Bag is supplied loose packed.
