The Excelsior Duffle Bag is a superior 40L custom branded duffle bag made from gunmetal coloured 600D polyester. It features decorative black ripstop nylon accents, smart silver piping, two zippered external pockets and an external mesh pocket.

Colourflex Transfer: Top, 200mm x 100mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for full-colour bag branding. It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
Embroidery: Sides, 100mm x 55mm. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, individual names are not available with embroidery, metallic thread colours may have special pricing, and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Top, 200mm x 100mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold artwork where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.
DigiFlex Transfer: Top, 200mm x 100mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.
Duffle Bag Construction
The bag measures H 285mm x L 585mm x 265mm gusset, excluding handles and shoulder strap, and has a 40L capacity. It is made from 600D polyester with black ripstop nylon accents, silver piping and a sturdy internal base board.
Excelsior includes two zippered external pockets, one shoe bag pocket, an external mesh pocket and strong external plastic feet. The woven carry handles measure 570mm, and the adjustable removable shoulder strap extends to 1200mm.
