This method provides clean, accurate reproduction on the contoured barrel. Pad print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 60mm x 7mm. It is also available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print delivers sharp spot colour branding and is best suited for larger artwork. It is designed for cylindrical products such as pens and produces consistent results. This method is ideal for bold logos and simple graphics on the barrel. Rotary screen print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 55mm x 12mm.
Direct Digital Print
Direct digital print is ideal for detailed or multicolour artwork. Ink is printed directly onto the pen surface and dries instantly. This method does not require multiple colour setup charges. Direct digital print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 60mm x 6mm. Metallic and fluorescent colours are not available.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is used for multicolour branding on the optional cardboard pen sleeve. It allows complex artwork to be printed in a single pass. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of colours. Digital packaging print is available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 80mm x 25mm. This option is available on natural sleeves only.
