Branding Methods
Pad Print
Pad print is a cost-effective branding method ideal for single colour artwork. It is well suited to small logos and text on curved pen surfaces. This method allows accurate reproduction on the recycled ABS plastic barrel. Pad print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 50mm x 6mm. It is also available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print delivers sharp spot colour branding and is best suited for larger artwork. It is designed specifically for cylindrical products such as pens. This method produces clean, consistent results on matte barrel finishes. Rotary screen print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 50mm x 10mm. This method is limited to one colour.
Direct Digital Print
Direct digital print is ideal for detailed or multicolour artwork. Ink is applied directly to the pen surface and dries instantly. This method does not require multiple colour setup charges. Direct digital print is available on the pen with a maximum branding area of 50mm x 5mm. Metallic and fluorescent colours are not available.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is used for multicolour branding on the optional cardboard pen sleeve. It allows complex artwork to be printed in a single pass. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of colours. Digital packaging print is available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 80mm x 25mm. This option is available on natural sleeves only.
