The Osprey Arcane Large Day Backpack is a 14L custom branded backpack made from recycled polyester fabrics with DWR treatment made without PFAS. It has J-zip front panel access to the main compartment, a padded internal sleeve for 16 inch laptops and a document sleeve.
A large scratch-free front pocket, internal organiser pockets, small zip pocket, key clip and low-profile stretch bottle pocket help organise daily carry. Branding Options
Colourflex Transfer: 120mm x 60mm or 100mm x 60mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Limitations include no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours, possible fine clear glue line around artwork, no variable data and minimum detail around 1mm.
Embroidery: 90mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the backpack, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: 120mm x 60mm or 100mm x 60mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suited to bold, larger artwork and can work better than conventional embroidery for smaller print areas. It is not suitable for fine detail, Pantone matching or metallic colours.
DigiFlex Transfer: 120mm x 60mm or 100mm x 60mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours. It cannot reproduce metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail is around 1mm.
Backpack Construction
The backpack measures H 460mm x W 285mm x Gusset 115mm, excluding the handle and shoulder straps. It has a 180mm handle and adjustable shoulder straps with an extended length of 850mm.
The body is 100% recycled 480D polyester, the lining is 100% recycled 200D polyester and the base is 100% recycled 540D polyester, each with a DWR treatment made without PFAS. The storage layout includes a padded 16 inch laptop sleeve, document sleeve, front panel access, internal organiser pockets, stretch bottle pocket and shoulder strap sleeve for cards or small items.
